Currently, we are looking for a Track and Trace Specialist to join the ArcBest team.

Your contribution may include:

  • Answer telephone calls with strong emphasis on customer care.

  • Communicate directly with clients, agents, and overseas partners via phone and email.

  • Prepare and create documentation for Dedicated shipments.

  • Coordinate with team members to ensure collaborative environment.

  • Track, trace, update milestones, and distribute data accordingly.

  • Understand and execute SOP’s and procedures.

  • Handle customer escalations as needed.

As a Track and Trace Specialist, you will be a member of the ArcBest: Dedicated Operations Team. Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm, with weekend and after hours as required.

  • Problem Solving - Ability to find a solution for or to deal proactively with work-related problems.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.

College degree preferred.

Experience: Previous experience in a forwarded or call center environment.

Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
