Currently, we are looking for a Track and Trace Specialist to join the ArcBest team.
Your contribution may include:
Answer telephone calls with strong emphasis on customer care.
Communicate directly with clients, agents, and overseas partners via phone and email.
Prepare and create documentation for Dedicated shipments.
Coordinate with team members to ensure collaborative environment.
Track, trace, update milestones, and distribute data accordingly.
Understand and execute SOP’s and procedures.
Handle customer escalations as needed.
As a Track and Trace Specialist, you will be a member of the ArcBest: Dedicated Operations Team. Your hours will be Monday through Friday, 7:00am to 7:00pm, with weekend and after hours as required.

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
College degree preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in a forwarded or call center environment.
Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
