The Stand-Up Forklift Operator will perform a variety of functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing and retrieving stock in the warehouse.
This position is eligible to receive a $2000 sign-on bonus to be paid in the following amounts contingent on continuous employment with Bunzl Retail: $250 after SIX (6) WEEKS, $750 after THREE (3) MONTHS / 90 DAYS, $1,000 after SIX (6) MONTHS / 180 DAYS.
What you will be doing:
Select orders using an onboard computer system; read shipping and receiving paperwork
Prepare items for shipping and load trailers
Operate a forklift
Observe all safety policies and procedures
Meet all productivity standards in a timely manner
Work successfully in a fast-paced environment

Requirements to be successful:
A high school diploma or GED is preferred, but not required
Warehouse experience is preferred, but not required
Lift heavy objects (up to 60 – 75 pounds) with or without accommodations for the entire shift
Must be able to occasionally work at a height of up to 26 feet above the ground (with provided safety equipment/processes/training)
Overtime will be required based on business needs
Must have basic math skills; and be computer savvy
