Oracle Sr Pricing Analyst - NetSuite Services (PSNA-SuiteJobs) in Reno, Nevada
Provides programs to improve operational efficiency, consistency, and compliance in support of the organization*s financial and tactical business objectives. Provides business practices and processes. Develops, communicates, and trains the organization on business practices and processes.
Serve as a liaison with other divisions such as Finance, Contracts, HR, Legal, Shared Services, Accounts Receivable, Purchasing, and Risk Management in an effort to ensure accurate and timely transaction processing. Collect, input, verify, correct, and analyze data to measure key performance indicator actual versus business objectives. Provide updates to management regarding budget to actual, informing them of deviations and opportunities. Provide management with economic impact and compliance issues surrounding key business decisions and/or deals. Communicate Oracle Business Practices to the organization and monitor process and approvals for full compliance. Drive implementation of new processes and procedures.
Job duties are varied and complex utilizing independent judgment. May have project lead role. Attention to detail critical. Ability to collect, organize, and display data in spreadsheet format. Follow-through skills necessary to get information from internal and third parties and have data errors/omissions corrected. For this, relationship management skills strongly desired. Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with management and possible clients desired. 5 plus years relevant work experience.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

As a Senior Pricing Analyst, part of the Customer Success Organization for NetSuite, you’ll play an integral role in ensuring our day-to-day financial health. In this role you will:
Support Oracle | NetSuite’s growth, both top and bottom line, by applying the same level of innovation toward pricing matters as we do toward our products and services.
Implement pricing for all Oracle | NetSuite branded Professional Services, for all Oracle | NetSuite markets.
Work closely with cross-functional partners such as Sales, Operations, Product Marketing, Product Development, Sales Leadership and Executive Management to support strategic product related events and initiatives involving pricing.
/Primary Responsibilities include/
The role of the Senior Pricing Analyst is to manage, organize and validate large volumes of master data related to Oracle | NetSuite branded products in order for the data to be consumed by Oracle | NetSuite’s various go-to-market channels.
The analyst will be working with cross-functional business partners as well as internal team members to perform the job responsibilities that include:
Analyze historical prices, trends and margins to encourage higher sales values, conversion rates, inelasticity and customer satisfaction
Develop reporting to track financial and operational performance; collaborate with additional stakeholders on reporting cadence and requirements
Monitor costing changes and develop sensitivity analysis thresholds to provide reporting on potential changes to finished prices
Analyze optimization opportunities for Services-to-Recurring revenue ratios
Program management of ongoing PS SKU reconciliation and optimization
International pricing strategy
Communicate with management the status of pricing forecast, revenues & strategies
Maintain knowledge and stay abreast of developments in the industry
Manage other special projects that may be assigned
The analyst will be required to understand data flows and multiple system interfaces to successfully manage their processes to provide support to downstream business partners and develop a system for monitoring pricing integrity and the financial health of our products and markets. Additionally, the analyst will be a strategic member of several systems, process improvement, and strategic business initiatives while partnering with the product, engineering, marketing, sales, sales operations and finance teams to develop and align resources behind the Go to Market vision then operationalize those solutions.

Excel at working with large volumes of data efficiently
Ability to work effectively under deadlines and high-profile deliverables with minimal direct supervision
Demonstrated track record of managing complex activities across multiple functional areas
Track record of finding opportunities for improving, recommending, and implementing solutions
Ability to summarize and effectively communicate key insights for both technical and non-technical audiences
5 - 7 years of experience as a pricing analyst, data analyst, business analyst, FP&A analyst, consultant, or similar
Previous work experience in one or more of the following desired: Oracle, Workday, SAP, SFDC, MSFT or IBM
Understand the role of pricing drivers and strategic price analysis in a fast-paced environment
BA(S)/MBA or equivalent applicable work experience required
