Development of communication programs to promote Oracle's products & services.
Direct all marketing activities within the context of the overall corporate plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control. Be an active member of the global Marketing team to ensure consistency of marketing campaigns and messages. Disseminate key corporate information to the line-of-business or geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Act as a liaison with managing directors to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Direct marketing resources and budget to be deployed using the most appropriate marketing mix for the line-of-business or geography. Focus on best practice and continuous improvement in all business and management activities. Ensure consistency between global directions and line-of-business and single-geography implementation choices. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns on a global or geographic basis. Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives. Provide effective performance management: set clear goals for all staff, provide regular feedback on performance and conduct a formal appraisal at the conclusion of the fiscal year. Manage the activities of the staff according to overall marketing strategies and budgets; through motivation and maintaining high level of individual / team performance. Implement organizational changes in line with changing business & market needs.
Manages and controls activities in multi-functional areas of sections. Ensures appropriate operational planning is effectively executed to meet business needs. Software business management experience. Sales and Marketing experience in the IT industry. E-business Internet practical know-how. Professional credentials in Marketing, Academic credentials desirable. Past experience in Sales desirable.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

About the Role:
As the lead designer for keynotes at Oracle and a member of the Content and Keynotes team, you will help change the way we tell stories visually across the organization anddevelop compelling and strategic content for tier-1 events and keynotes, as well asbuild and lead a small team of designers. Reporting to the Senior Director of Content and Keynotes, you will work closely with the marketing and product teams to create and bring ideas to life that help drive customer engagement for Oracle while constantly pushing creative boundaries to create truly impactful experiences for our customers.
Lead and set the creative vision for executive level keynote presentations and story telling
Be hands on in designing visually engaging keynote content including animations, videos, etc.
Collaborate closely with our partners in product and marketing to understand our customers and develop creative ways we can tell the Oracle story
Partner closely with the global brand experience services team to audit and ensure all presentations are on brand
Work across Oracle stakeholders at all levels to drive awareness and to support large-scale transformational programs and initiatives
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree plus 7 years of professional experience in related field advertising or graphic design with proven agency and/or in-house experience
Superior level of Powerpoint design skills
Ability to combine business, brand, and product strategy, and customer insight to create compelling presentations
Ability to adapt to change quickly and work in both structured and changing environments
Must be comfortable presenting ideas to senior-level stakeholders, receptive of feedback, and quick to apply changes
Must be comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment and able to manage multiple priorities well
Must have expertise and experience with creating content for keynote presentations, print media, digital/web, OOH, broadcast, social
Self-driven and able to be both strategic and execution oriented
Superior written, verbal, and visual communication skills; must be able to edit own work
Expert level Powerpoint user including animation and Adobe Creative Suite
Video design experience a plus
