Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product.

Manage the development and implementation process of a specific company product involving departmental or cross-functional teams focused on the delivery of new or existing products. Plan and direct schedules and monitor budget/spending. Monitor the project from initiation through delivery. Organize the interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget constraints. Assign and monitor work of systems analysis and program staff, providing technical support and direction.

Duties and tasks are varied and complex, needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. May have project lead role and or supervise lower level personnel. BS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 5 years of project management, product design or related experience preferred.

• Be well versed in project management fundamentals such as sprints, schedules, scope, backlog, and risk/issue management

• Track and Drive the activities of project teams to ensure quality and timeliness of execution

• Focus on delivery by taking command of a project with the intent of getting it done

• Tactically handle internal escalations among project teams and horizontals

• Provide leadership within the project team with the intent of developing strategies and technical solutions of high business value

• Clearly communicate with all positions in an organization from developers to executives

• Build cross-team relationships

• Excel in complex and ever changing situations

Mandatory Qualifications:

• Can-do attitude

• Bachelor s or Master s degree

• Experience working with multiple teams and organizations

• Experience with large, cross-organization projects

• Excellent organizational, verbal, and written communication skills

• Excellent judgment and customer focus

• Experience with executive level and team communication

• Experience managing software and/or hardware development

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Agile / Scrum / Kanban and/or DevSecOps

• PMP a plus
