Oracle Principal Product Manager- CX Sales in Reno, Nevada

Lead a team that acts as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of product(s) as they move from conception to distribution. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget. As a member of the product development division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Suggest and justify product directions and specifications. Specify, design and implement moderate changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 7 years of software engineering or related experience. Product Managers at Oracle usually are obsessed about their products/domains, often geek out on technology and are catalysts for innovation. What are the technical requirements? * 7-10 years in cloud enterprise software development, management, and/or implementation working in scrum teams. * Experienced in designing Onboarding flows for cloud applications. * Deep & intuitive knowledge of designing an initial delightful experience for the customer * Experienced with API-first SaaS development and extension. * CRM domain and strong functional understanding of sales processes. * Experience in bringing creative ideas and proposals to development teams and executives supported by qualitative justification and quantitative analysis to deliver across multiple product pillars. * Experienced in strategy development, delivery and change management for releases or new technology rollouts. * Experienced in CRM platform, architecture and development roadmap, process engineering, pilot and UAT strategy. * Experience working closely with customers on product implementations. * Represent our company and team with excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills. * Bachelors or Master’s degree in management, business, computer science or other equivalent. You will act as the central resource and driving force for the design, process, manufacturing, test, quality and marketing of how Accounts and Contacts Management move from conception to distribution across all channels. Organize interdepartmental activities ensuring completion of the project/product on schedule and within budget. You will reimage the digital experiences of CX Sales and disrupting the industry as a whole. This individual contributor will be a critical member of the team that is responsible for building and launching application products that would be leveraged by all Oracle CX Clouds solutions. You will report to the Director of Product Management and will collaborate with an extended team across the organization around the world. As a member of the product development division, you will specify, design and implement major changes to existing software architecture. Define project needs. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to ensure consistency, testability and portability across products in general. Provide leadership and expertise in the development of new products/services/processes, frequently operating at the leading edge of technology. Recommends and justifies major changes to existing products/services/processes. BS or MS degree or equivalent experience relevant to functional area. 8 or more years of software engineering or related experience. This is a remote/office-based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States, India or Canada.
