For over 56 years, Hamilton has been satisfying customer needs by combining quality materials with skilled workmanship, ensuring the highest level of performance of every precision fluid measuring device we manufacture.iJob DescriptionThe Inside Sales position directly supports outside sales to pre-qualify leads generated by the website, tradeshows, and other sources.i The successful candidate will initiate contact with the leads to pre-qualify their potential for future business.i The inside sales role will function as the primary contact for international sales inquiries in areas lacking a Hamilton presence.i This person will further support sales by generating quotations when the local representative is not available.i They will be the main contact for customer record keeping in the CRM.i This job requires daily contact with product management, order entry, technical support, and field sales.i Additional responsibilities include interface with the custom products team, part number and pricing maintenance, and forecasting for inventory management.i Other responsibilities include:Daily contact with ASM field sales to update them on leads and opportunities.Compare new leads with activity on Hubspot and Hamilton website to determine viability of contact for new business.Act as the primary contact for the CRM system for field sales.i This would include modifying the system, mining information, and training of sales team.Work with Product Manager on OEM and custom product pricing for sales team.Maintain quote template for sales team, distributors and reps.Provide quotes directly to customers when needed.Propose and manage annual pricing changes based on research of competitor market pricing.Work with engineering, finance, and customer service on addition of new part numbers to ERP system.iProspecting for potential business from professional industry groups such as ISPE.Available as a stand-in for tradeshows and field sales calls when ASM's are not available.Work with sales on forecasting to maintain proper inventory levels to support on-going business.iQualificationsBachelor's degree in field related to Biotechnology (Cell Biology, Biochemistry, Fermentation) preferred or a related technical experience.iOne plus years hands-on experience with process sensor equipmentPreferred knowledge of sensor technology including pH, DO, and conductivity.Knowledge of the biopharma industry preferred.Previous sales/marketing experience preferred, but not required.Mus have good verbal and written communication skillsMust be able to manage a high volume of technical phone calls and emails.Must be able to lift approximately 30 pounds.Good phone, email and interpersonal skills to represent Hamilton when dealing with new customers.iMust be comfortable with prospecting, cold calling, quoting, follow-up emails, and other sales related tasks.iAdditional InformationDiverse portfolio of exciting and innovative design projectsiiiiTremendous opportunities for professional growth and advancementiiiiCommitment to sustainable designiiiiCompetitive CompensationiiiiExcellent Benefit Package (medical, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, disability insurance,i401k, tuition reimbursement and much more)Solid Stable CompanyDrug free workplace.Learn more about us @: www.hamiltoncompany.comIt is the policy of this organization to provide equal employment opportunities to all qualified applicants.For more information, or to apply now, you must go to the website below.
