Assure conformance to specifications for all purchased parts at Hamilton Company.
Inspect incoming purchased parts to purchase order and blueprint specifications.
Perform first article inspections from vendors or on in-house manufactured parts as needed.
Perform vendor source inspections as required.
Interface with vendors to explain inspection results and assists in problem resolution.
Expert knowledge of dimensional inspection.
Ability to read blueprints.
Basic knowledge of quality control processes and procedures.
Excellent communication skills.
Experience with printed circuit board assembly inspection and JPC certification is a plus.
Position requires exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects.
Must have High School diploma or equivalent.
