Oracle Director, Lead Management Performance in Reno, Nevada
As a key member of the Marketing Mgmt team, direct the development of company marketing programs.
Direct all marketing activities within the context of the overall corporate plan for the achievement of short and long term business objectives, increased profit and market control. Be an active member of the global Marketing team to ensure consistency of marketing campaigns and messages. Disseminate key corporate information to the geography operations pertaining to new product development/launches. Liaise with management to ensure that marketing activities are in support of sales plans. Direct marketing resources and budget to be deployed using the most appropriate marketing mix for the geography. Ensure consistency between global directions and single-geography / product implementation choices. Implement and monitor advertising campaigns on a geographical basis as needed. Maintain necessary contact with major suppliers, agencies, customers, industry associations and government representatives to achieve marketing objectives. Provide effective performance management: set clear goals for all staff, provide regular feedback on performance and conduct a formal appraisal at the conclusion of the fiscal year. Manage the activities of the staff according to overall marketing strategies and budgets. Implement organizational changes in line with changing business & market needs.
Assists in the development of short, medium, and long term plans to achieve strategic objectives. Regularly interacts across functional areas with senior management or executives to ensure unit objectives are met. Software business management experience. Sales and Marketing experience in the IT industry. E-business Internet practical know-how. Professional credentials in Marketing, Academic credentials desirable. Past experience in Sales desirable.
This is a remote/office based position which may be performed anywhere in the United States except for within the state of Colorado.

As theDirector, Lead Management Performance, you will be responsible for thedevelopment of
goals, metrics, analytics and actionable insightsto transform lead management at Oracle. You will build and lead a global team of Lead Management Performance experts and spearhead strategic KPI’s and targets, operating metrics and dashboards, executive reporting, capacity requirements and performance review insights. Working with the business intelligence team and other Marketing analytics teams, you will build innovative reporting solutions to identify and illustrate lead management best practices, root cause issues, business impact and operational performance trends. You will be part of a passionate, highly collaborative team and have the opportunity to make a significant business impact working on high-profile projects.
About You
You are a leader, and a team player with experience working and collaborating with cross-functional global teams. A problem solver and idea generator, you have experience working in Marketing and Sales, withexperience leveraging business intelligence tools, analytics platforms, multiple data sources, and statistical tools. You have experience in B2B and in full-funnel reporting from brand to recurring revenue. You design and deliver strategic data and analytics projects for both an executive and operational audience.
Responsibilities
Build the Performance team – a new Oracle Marketing global function – in less than 90 days
Define a roadmap for delivery of end-to-end visibility of Lead Management performance and ROI
Lead the performance and analytics strategic direction in alignment with business intelligence teams, MarTech team, and all regions and solution areas
Establish a holistic global measurement framework; andlead target setting during annual planning process across each team
Provide performance reporting during monthly check-ins and QBRs
Own the delivery and review cadence of integrated performance dashboards of performance vs business goals at all levels: executive leadership, marketing managers, business development consultants
Recommend disruptive change to processes and measurement systems to drive business impact;communicate insights to key stakeholders to inspire change
Help build holistic Marketing database management strategy that supports data unification and access across our internal systems, ensures data quality, and enforces governance and measurement
Influence comprehensive, integrated data model and attribution views to support effective Lead Management processes
Your team delivers advanced insights to help campaign managers and business/lead development teams achieve their objectives and increase revenue for Oracle
Your team activities will determine the success metrics for business development teams, develop custom analytical solutions, and prepare rigorous research outcomes that stand test of peer scrutiny
Your team acts as strategic analytical partners for regions and solution partners, participating in upfront strategy and influencing Marketing initiatives
Your team will be own reporting out to Oracle Marketing leaders and teams around the globe.
Your team delivers advanced insights to help marketers achieve their objectives and unlock business opportunities.
Skills & Qualifications
Graduate degree in economics, Marketing, engineering, or equivalent
12 years’ experience in Marketing, Sales, B2B and/or Tech.5 years’ experience in a Sales or Marketing analytics role
Experience leading and working with remote teams
Collaborative personality that thrives in a highly cross functional, cross-cultural environment

Proven experience in stakeholder engagement and complex project management
Demonstrated use of modeling and statistical concepts applied to solve business problems

Experience integrating, cleansing, modeling and reporting on multiple data sources
Knowledge of databases, relational database concepts, SQL and data visualization solutions
Experience in scripting, coding, scrum and agile methodologies a bonus
