Intuit Digital Sales Marketing Manager in Reno, Nevada

Overview

We are looking for a Digital Sales Marketing Manager to oversee our acquisition and retention digital marketing efforts for QuickBooks, the world’s #1 online accounting software with over 1.8M global subscribers. Reporting to the Head of Sales – Customer Success, this position will be responsible for end to end acquisition and retention campaign management across Intuit’s Customer Success platforms in the US. The position will collaborate daily with peers in Marketing, Sales, Product Management, Finance, and Analytics. This position will also identify new opportunities for new campaign placement in digital channels & work with product management team to implement.

This position will be based in Tucson, Reno, Boise, or Mountain View.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing required, with MBA or equivalent preferred

  • Experience in digital/mobile acquisition marketing in a B2B or B2C environment.

  • 5+ years overall experience in marketing with 2+ years digital acquisition marketing experience

  • Proven track record in a variety of marketing disciplines experience, including digital marketing, acquisition, retention, product marketing, customer management

  • Demonstrated track record where he/she has operated independently and efficiently to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously, and to manage milestones and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

  • Ability to define strategies based on business goals & customer insights, lead with a hypothesis and translate them into actionable tests & implementation plans

  • Passion for delighting customers & using customer insights to improve end-to-end experiences

  • Clear track record of being accountable for making smart and fast decisions, partnering cross-functionally, delighting customers and driving dramatic growth through successful marketing strategies and execution

  • Innovative thinker with a passion for generating new ideas, nurturing a culture of creativity, & continuing to raise the bar on business performance

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with clear examples of using data actively for customer insights, measurement, ROI analysis and recommendations.

How you will lead

  • Manage all acquisition and retention digital campaigns across Intuit’s Customer Success platforms in the US

  • Have a passion for innovation, as well as tenacity for owning the digital acquisition funnel, collaborating across multiple functions and driving business results for both the short and long term

  • Effectively partner with a broad array of cross-functional teams and the US-based central marketing team to drive target growth

  • Be responsible for driving demand/lead generation

  • Work with internal AI/ML teams to develop propensity models to improve revenue growth and retention across digital and expert-assisted experiences

  • Have a deep understanding of data to drive strategic direction
