Critical leadership role for consumer digital web platforms. Develop comprehensive online user experience that delights customers and makes shopping and purchasing easy and efficient. Transform the web into the largest contributor of broadband sales. Partner with IT and creative teams to drive continuous platform and user experience improvements to lead channels in both NPS and sales. Steward the strategic roadmap for the consumer website www.Lumen.com Identify, prioritize and create strategies to implement technologies that keep Lumen at the forefront of the industry.
The Main Responsibilities
Set and deliver against web sales goals.
Hire and develop a team of strong performers.
Build a culture of data-driven decision making thru iterative testing initiatives.
Improve conversion and average order size thru continuous improvements to platform, technical features, performance and merchandising.
Develop and provide weekly and period review of digital KPI metric performance and P&L.
Ensure client’s needs are met, projects are on track and information is shared in a timely.
Champion Agile and Dev Ops as a means to improve operational process and increase velocity.
Work with IT to implement an appropriate technical infrastructure.
Oversee all aspects of ecommerce including design, functionality, information architecture and web technologies, and lead the ongoing development of the ecommerce platform.
Identify new areas of ecommerce opportunity beyond current organizational thinking.
Define and regularly present global product roadmap, technical debt, architectural improvements and sequence the delivery appropriately.
What We Look For in a Candidate
10+ years of experience in consumer service or digital subscription business.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, CIS or business or related discipline.
5+ years leading a sales channel; planning, managing budgets and delivering results.
Passionate about the impact the web has on core strategy.
Effective communicator who thrives in a team-based environment
Decisive – ability to make good decisions under tight timing and pressure.
Thinks strategically and executes methodically.
Reconciliation of competing objectives and setting priority.
Expert working knowledge of e-commerce technology, tactics and industry standards.
Must be a hands-on technical leader
5+ years of ecommerce leadership experience running Agile implementation teams.
