Value-Based Strategies - CMS Programs Finance Lead will support Humana through successful participation in CMS/CMMI Multi-Payor and Accountable Care Initiatives.

Responsibilities

Value-Based Strategies - CMS Programs Finance Lead will support Humana through successful participation in CMS/CMMI Multi-Payor and Accountable Care Initiatives.

Immediately, leveraging a successful Medicare Advantage framework and robust provider relationships this role will support the successful development and management, as part of Humana’s Value-Based Strategies - CMS programs leadership team, of Humana’s participation in CMS/CMMI Accountable Care Initiatives.

The CMS Programs Finance Lead will be responsible for analyzing and forecasting financial data and implications in support of Humana’s strategy and operations within CMS/CMMI Multi-Payor and Accountable Care Initiatives. The CMS Programs Finance Lead will serve as the subject matter expert within Humana’s Value-Based Strategies - CMS programs leadership team leading financial analysis, recommendations, oversight, reporting and support. This role will also serve as Humana’s Value-Based Strategies - CMS programs finance subject matter expert for collaboration with Humana internal stakeholders such as executive leadership and regional and corporate finance leaders as well as external stakeholders including provider partners and CMS.

The CMS Programs Finance Lead will report directly to the Director of Value-Based Strategies - CMS Programs.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years in Healthcare finance related field

  • Experience with value base payment models

  • 25% travel

Preferences

  • MBA preferred

  • Experience with CMS/CMMI ACO or Value-Based Primary Care models

  • Experience with MAO Value-Based Care models
