Raising Cane's Restaurant Quality Assurance Assessor in Las Vegas, Nevada

Raising Cane’s Chicken Fingers is seeking a Restaurant Performance Standards (RPS) Assessor to join the Center of Excellence team. Our RPS Assessors are valued food safety & QA experts, trusted by our Restaurant Operators and Business Unit Leaders. This role requires a professional with an Operator’s mindset who provides best-in-class, comprehensive on-site evaluations to help maintain the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, Customer experience and brand protection.

Restaurant Performance Standards assessments and support

  • Expand beyond the four walls of a single restaurant

  • Travel to 20+ different Restaurants each quarter

  • Schedule and manage your own travel

  • Build relationships with Restaurant Crews and Managers, Business Unit Team members, and Restaurant Support Office SMEs

  • Dive deep on operations, service, facilities, and cleanliness expectations

  • Develop new skills that build on your own operations experience

  • Support individual Restaurant continual improvement

  • Gather data and information on area/district performance

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives

  • Develop relationships with the Operators and Restaurant Crewmembers that we serve

  • Deliver comprehensive results with supporting documentation and pictures to empower Operators


  • Professionally manage all communication

  • Partner with Restaurant Management and Operations Leadership to communicate successes, concerns and provide options for corrective action

  • Proactively provide feedback on opportunities to improve programs and systems for performance management, continuous improvement, or operational excellence

  • College Degree recommended

  • Recommended 3 - 5 years of Restaurant leadership or QA experience with a proven record of success required, preferably in the quick service, fast food or casual dining industry

  • For internal promotion, minimum of 2 years as an Operations Manager with Raising Cane’s; must be in good company standing and have a proven record of performance

  • 3 to 5 years management experience in the hospitality field

  • ServSafe (or similar) certification/qualification, other food safety or customer service certifications are beneficial as well


  • Ability to travel 50-75% within assigned area

  • May be required to lift, carry, push or pull heavy objects up to fifty pounds; kneel, bend or stoop, ascend or descend stairs; reach and grasp objects
