An experienced Project Manager/ Sr. Consultant is needed for this position! You could work onsite as a Senior Project Manager in the Las Vegas, Nevada area by joining our local client's existing team. One requirement for this position is to be responsible for managing projects to successful completion, ensuring that projects deliver on time, on budget, and in accordance with standards and guidelines over the entire project. You'll be great at this position if you feel you can manage key projects as part of our client's strategic business plan. Your responsibilities

  • Follows and schedules projects - as per the Project Roadmap defined by the Business Owner

  • Executes deployment scheduling in coordination with Dev Ops, tech lead, and Product Owner

  • Assist cross-product teams to manage dependencies

  • Operates with the Product Owner/Product Manager to turn the product roadmap into executable projects

  • Works closely with the Product Owner/Product Manager, Business Analyst, QA Manager and Product Specialist

  • Complies with Product Owner/Product Manager to make certain that the product vision and high-level business objectives are explicit and practical

  • Creates detailed reporting to management on milestone completion, risk assessment, and project status

  • Prepares the RACI matrix for projects in a product line

  • Sustain the team focus on the on-time delivery of agreed products

  • Betters to manage, classify, and identify risk for functional improvement requests

  • Provides project outlines with fitting ticket workflows and boards

  • Supplies the daily stand-ups, safeguarding they are brief, focused, and timely

  • Closely cooperating and communicates with stakeholders,technical team members, developers, and designers

  • Acts as Scrum Master for the developers on the team - ensuring the team is working effectively, clearing obstacles, and leading scrum ceremonies

  • Rallies details from QA leads, business analysts, and technical leads into testimonials

  • Verify that the functional requirements are tracked, met, and achievable

  • Places schedules and milestones with inputs from all other teams assigned to that product, manages project scope and timelines

  • Drives project planning

  • Lists out and supervises the sprint planning and grooming meetings and follows ticket assignments

  • Participate to facilitate creation and maintenance of the Project Roadmap with the Product Owner/Product Manager

Requirements

  • Ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical colleagues

  • Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

  • Excellent written, verbal and social communication skills highly desired

  • Demonstrated flexibility to adapt to changes in procedures

  • Able to work independently with a minimal amount of oversight

  • Dedication and requisite skills to meet critical business deadlines

  • Minimum of 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience

  • Background in project management, operations, and supervisory leadership

  • Applicants with proficiency using commonly accepted scheduling and project management tools are preferred

  • Gathering Requirements experience highly desired

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Analyze Business Requirements

  • Adeptness in Define Requirements

  • Comprehensive knowledge of project management

  • Project Management Certification experience preferred

  • Detailed Business Requirements experience preferred

  • Strong familiarity with Proven Project Management

  • We are particularly looking for candidates with experience working with e-learning and blended learning programs

  • To be considered, you should be familiar and comfortable with IT project management methodologies

  • Applicants should have a Project Management (PMP) certification
