Kelly Services is looking for an On-Boarding Coordinator

Our dynamic team is looking for a highly motivated and results oriented On-boarding Coordinator

We are looking for a highly organized individual to join our team to coordinate the hiring process for our candidates. This position requires good computer skills, excellent customer service, and a high degree of confidentiality. Experience is a plus however complete training is provided.

The Onboarding Coordinator is critical in accurately and efficiently executing and completing the candidate acquisition and registration processes to support the hiring process. Onboarding Coordinators will be primarily responsible for facilitating the candidate onboarding process, coordinating drug testing, and ensuring the candidates are hired and available for assignments.

The key function of this On-Boarding Customer Service Representative is to

  • Process new hire paperwork

  • Complete the I9 process

  • Conduct Background Screens

  • Multi-task

  • Work well in a High-Performance Department

Need to Know

Location: Troy, MI (Remote Access until office re-opens / Equipment Provided)

Pay Rate: $13.00 – WEEKLY PAY

Schedule 40HRS MON-FRI (Operating Hours 8AM-8PM)

Assignment Length : LONG TERM

The Ideal Account Specialists Key Responsibilities are

  • provide excellent customer service

  • productive time management skills

  • prioritize orders

  • Maintain and document case notes

The Requirements

  • Excellent ability to communicate effectively in a customer service setting, including verbal and written communication skills

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills with the ability to navigate multiple screens and software applications

  • Minimum 1+ years’ work experience

  • Ability to work in a team environment

  • Ability to understand and follow oral and written instructions

  • Ability to work a flexible work schedule (variety of schedule start and end times)
