Tri Pointe Homes Las Vegas is always looking for a Marketing Coordinator to push our place in the industry forward with a top-tier home buying experience.

Position Highlights: Supports the Marketing Team by effectively coordinating numerous marketing activities, website updates, working closely with Model Maintenance coordinator to ensure interior model merchandising is arranged and/or replenished, and digital communication of marketing-related information. Assists in planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing, branding, and customer-facing activities digitally and within the New Home Galleries to improve the brand’s image and increase the customer experience and satisfaction.

Position Responsibilities:

Budgeting, Accounting, & Administration:

  • Performs general administrative duties as needed including coding and processing of invoices.

  • Maintain Marketing supplies, assist with meeting preparation and provide administrative support to marketing leadership for smooth operation of the department.

  • Assists with coordination of presentation meetings including PowerPoint presentations and distribution of collateral.

  • Assists with Marketing reports including buyer profiles and website metrics reports.

  • Prepares and orders homebuyer closing gifts.

Digital Marketing:

  • Assists in updating brand/divisional website content, including production of digital brochures, interactive floorplans, and virtual tours. Assists in preparation and distributing distribution of emails through Marketo.

  • Assist with coordination of updating content for the individual neighborhood email campaigns through Marketo.

  • Maintains reports of Interest/Prospect lists status for each neighborhood.

  • Assists in photos and filming content for all community events.

  • Coordinates with photographer and on-site staff to schedule photos of completed homes and prepares photography for the website.

Marketing & Product Development:

  • Coordinates with marketing vendors and consultants pertaining to the Model Homes.

  • Coordinates the collateral materials with the Marketing Department Leader.

  • Coordinates with consultants and Marketing Department Leader on signage, interior merchandising repairs and replenishing, and collateral material.

Model Home & Community Management:

  • Assisting by attending and coordinating with the Marketing Department Leader with community openings and all community events.

  • Coordinates the shutdown of the model complex and New Home Gallery at all completed communities.

  • Coordinates furniture sales, moving, and installation with vendors for staged homes and model close outs.

  • Position Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • A minimum of 2 years of previous New Home Marketing experience or related industry experience preferred.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including grammar, spelling, and proof-reading skills

  • Must be proactive with the ability to multi-task and follow through with projects containing a high level of detail.

  • Solid organizational and analytical skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint. Photoshop, Marketo and WordPress experienced preferred.
