Responsible for carrying out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet minimum organization standards and end-user requirements.

Job Details:

  • Maintain in-depth, ever-changing knowledge of the organization’s product offerings.

  • Ability to troubleshoot & diagnose complex kiosk hardware and/or software technical issues.

  • Develop project plans as well as provide input to existing plans.

  • Supply accurate time estimates to all projects.

  • Attempt to re-produce customer technical issues from the field.

  • Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation for use internally as well as customer-facing.

  • Work closely with the development team to ensure consistent and quality software delivered.

  • Participates in requirement gathering and review the requirement for testability.

  • Write test plans, test procedures, test scripts/cases, and test summaries for the assigned projects.

  • Executes testing of all builds, including integration, functional, and regression testing and performance tests.

  • Follow established testing methodologies, strategies, and processes and provide recommendations for improvement.

  • Assist with researching, documenting, and communicating escalated customer issues or user stories.

  • Must be comfortable working in a team environment as well as independently.

  • Partner with Gaming Operations in knowledge-sharing and personnel training.

  • Partner with third-party certification reviewers for understanding and testing of new releases.

  • Enforce quality standards and procedures throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC).

  • Create and test against comprehensive software test plans that span into domains such as Installation, Exploratory, Smoke, Integration, Stress Testing, and UAT.

  • Document defects and resolutions in applicable tracking software.

  • Review and create email with appropriate content, grammar, and professionalism.

  • Successfully complete additional skills training as required/requested.

  • Other related duties as assigned.
