Minimum Qualifications

  • 21+ years of age.

  • Proof of authorization/eligibility to work in the United States.

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance, MBA preferred.

  • PMP/ITIL Certifications preferred.

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in English, both in spoken and written form.

  • Ten (10) or more years of experience in financial management of projects with increasing levels of size and complexity.

  • Five (5) or more years in a position interpreting customer business needs and translating into application and operational requirements.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing an IT budget of over $35M.

  • Demonstrated experience analyzing complex IT problems, developing project plans, and overseeing and directing the execution of project.

  • Demonstrated experience in strategy development, business plan development and long-range capital planning.

  • Extensive knowledge of project accounting.

  • Extensive knowledge of project portfolio management processes and tools.

  • Expert-level knowledge in strategic technology planning, business case development, and business process improvement.

  • Strong business acumen and business communications skills, both in written and spoken form.

  • Exceptional analytic and product management skills.

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and other Team Members of different backgrounds and levels of experience and status.

  • Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Physical Requirements:

  • Use office equipment, including but not limited to computer, monitor, keyboard, mouse, printer, scanner, copier, fax, etc.

  • Maintain composure under pressure and consistently meet deadlines with internal and external customers and contacts.

  • Withstand frequent walking, prolonged standing, stretching, bending, and kneeling without restriction.

  • Work in a fast-paced, busy, and somewhat stressful environment.

  • Work indoors and be exposed to various environmental factors such as, but not limited to CRT, noise, dust, and cigarette smoke.
