The Case Control Center is open 7 days a week, 24 hrs/day. Shifts are five days a week. We have a variety of full time shifts available, as well as limited 4-day work weeks. Scheduling conflicts must be discussed pre-offer and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
This position is a Work From Home position meaning:
Must be able to provide a distraction free environment (no pets, TVs, children, etc).
Must live in the state of Nevada and within driving distance of Las Vegas (may be required to come into the city with a 24 hour notice).
Must be willing and able to pass Internet Speed Test, 60 Mbps download/30 Mbps upload speed before training.High school diploma or GED is required; college preferred Sales/Cross selling experience preferred Ability to communicate effectively with clients Used to adapting in an ever-changing environment and handling multiple priorities Excellent verbal communication with an outgoing personality Able to multitask and learn quickly Must thrive in a team environment Ability to work in an inbound/outbound blended environment Reliable and dependable Excellent comprehension and critical-thinking skills Ability to type at least 35 WPM with excellent writing skills while navigating through multiple software applications
Training will take place in Las Vegas. The training course is 2 weeks long, M-F 8-4:30 pm with REQUIRED daily attendance.
