Customer Care Rep

Randstad is currently interviewing experienced candidats for a customer care rep role in Las Vegas. Position will start out as remote, but will be onsite eventually in North Las Vegas area. Candidate must reside in Las Vegas area to commute. Candidates should have recent experience of one year or more in a call center environment. Seeking candidates that are flexible to work any schedule between: Monday-Friday; 7:00am-9:00pm Candidate should have a quiet space free from distractions at home to work from with high speed internet that can be connected with a ethernet cord to modem. Equipment is provided.

Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from members regarding their benefits

• 20-50 calls per day on average, but they do not focus on quantity, they focus on the quality of each call and being able to multitask. These are complex calls.

• Research information regarding deductibles, claim status, providers, etc.Provide excellent customer service and demonstrate a passion for helping others

• Will be handling sensitive information
