Wake Research Clinical Research Patient Recruiter in Las Vegas, Nevada

Due to continued growth and expansion, we are seeking a Clinical Research Patient Recruiter to join our team in Las Vegas, NV.
The Clinical Research Patient Recruiter will pre-screen and schedule subjects based on assigned studies by demonstrating a knowledge of study requirements and schedules. They are also responsible for maintaining a working knowledge of all actively-enrolling and upcoming trials.
Responsibilities
Develop pre-screen scripts for upcoming studies as needed or assigned
Conduct pre-screen scripts with subjects via phone or in-person
Navigate multiple computer applications with speed and accuracy
Provide subjects with study information
Schedule patients for appointments
Research required information
Follow-up with the subject via calls or emails
Conduct outreach projects using database information
Complete reports for management
Conduct outreach and attend special events as needed and available
Requirements
High School Diploma or equivalent
Knowledge of medical terminology and medications
Outstanding customer service skills
Excellent telephone manners and listening skills
Proficient in Microsoft, especially in Word and Excel
Excellent time-management skills, ability to multitask, and attention to detail
Proactive and able to work independently
Accurate data entry skills
At least six months of call center experience preferred
