Rakuten Super Logistics Client Service Representative in Las Vegas, Nevada

We are seeking a highly motivated dedicated Service Representative to join our close-knit team. Reporting to the Services Manager, this person must possess excellent written and verbal skills and the ability to manage client inquiries, fulfill special requests, resolve issues, and ensure client happiness related to order fulfillment and inventory management.

  • Competent in using CRM, OMS and WMS tools

An RSL Service Representative is the first point-of-contact to respond to in-bound client telephone and/or e-mail inquiries regarding services, order status, and other general questions. He/she receives client requests and prepares documents/trouble tickets related to processing returns, servicing, and exchanges. The Service Representative ensures timely and successful delivery of RSL solutions according to client needs and objectives. Responsible for claims processing and status updates to clients and as needed to internal RSL stakeholders. Engages collaboratively with Sales, Operations, IT and freight coordinators as required to trouble-shoot client issues. He/she is empowered through RSL training, team, and management support to problem-solve; however, may escalate inquiries to Service Manager.


  • Co-lead Onboarding – E-commerce shopping cart integration

  • Expert in RSL business as they relate to the E-commerce ecosystem

  • Teach and engage clients on RSL business policies and procedures

  • Develop relationships with client’s team for day-to-day engagement

  • Support RSL Partnership Manager(s) to anticipate client’s needs

  • Partner with internal teams for solutions for clients
