Coach USA-Elko, Inc. is looking for Dispatchers to join our family in Elko, NV. Under the supervision of the Director of Operation and Dispatch Supervisor, a Dispatcher assigns drivers, issues assignments and dispatches vehicles in accordance with pre-published schedules/charters and on-demand requests from customers.Paid Time OffHealth, Dental and Vision plansA 401(k) plan after 120 daysA fully paid life insurance policy, with additional buy up possibleWe ask:Must be 18 years old or olderSuccessfully complete a pre-employment drug test and criminal background checkWilling to work varied schedules including weekends and holidaysLanguage Skills: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.Mathematical Skills: Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. Ability to compute rate, ration, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. (Logs)Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.Other Skills and Abilities: Ability to maintain employee morale and loyalty with diverse workforce. Must be customer service oriented with the ability to deal with various personalities within and out of the organization. PC literate with current computer system experience. Phone skills including proper etiquette is desired.
